We download, at the client’s
request, our software onto their computer system.

We look at the file the
client identifies on their computer to determine the
file’s organization.
This gives us a structured profile of the client’s
data so that we can compare it to the Canada Post or
US Postal Service database information.
NOTE: The client’s information stays on their
system. We never take the data off nor look at any
piece of data that is not in the address portion of
their files. The client tells our software, quickly
and easily, where that information is located.

We compare the client’s file
data with the provided structure and tell the client
how many lines are in their file. We estimate what
the client’s cost will be based upon our pricing
formula (Click
here to see the pricing formula).

If the client decides not to
proceed, they are not charged.

If the client decides to
proceed their data is compared and
www.AddressMasterOnline.com creates a new file on
the client’s computer. This file contains all of
your original data plus it will show you a “Valid” for
each validated address, a “Corrected” for each automatically
corrected address or an “Not Valid” for a non correctable
address.

If the Client is an existing,
authorized customer, (See
here how to become authorized), then they
will be invoiced immediately via email and their
data file on their computer system will be instantly
available for their organization’s use.

If the Client is a new or
unauthorized customer, their file will stay on their
computer system in an encrypted format. They will be
immediately invoiced via email and when payment is
received by www.AddressMasterOnline.com the
encryption key to decrypt their file will be sent
via email. The data will then be available for their
organization’s use.

www.AddressMasterOnline.com
accepts Company cheques, money orders or cash as
payment. We shortly will accept Credit Card payment
over the telephone and are working on implementing
online credit card payment.
